Return Policy
Should you wish to return a product for exchange, simply enclose your details, along with the product and send via pre-paid and insured mail within 10 days to the following address:

Please note while we are happy to exchange we do not refund.
The product must be unused and in a resalable condition.
If you are returning an item because it arrived damaged, or there was an error processing your order, Tooling & Co. will gladly reimburse you for postal expenses. In most other cases, shipping charges for returns and refunds are your responsibility.
